Q1: Can I take my power bank on my flight?
Yes. Zendure power banks can be with you in your carry-on luggage, if the capacity falls within Federal Aviation Administration’s safety limit. You are allowed a portable charger that's rated up to 100 watt-hours. Anything over that and you need permission from the airline. To Calculate Watt Hours in Power Banks, it's simple math.

Q2: How many times will my portable battery charge my phone?

It depends on different capacity and component.

Q3: Can I use Zendure wall chargers in other countries?

Yes. Zendure wall chargers can be used in other countries with USA/UK/EUROPE plugs.

Q4: My portable charger has multiple types of ports. Which should I use to charge my portable charger?

It depends on different product model. For a portable charger with a micro USB input, you can go ahead and charge with the included micro USB. Zendure portable chargers with USB-C can be fast charged with the USB-C cord included in the box.

Q5: Can I charge my external battery while charging my other devices?

You can charge Zendure power bank while charging your devices at full speed with a single wall charger, a feature rarely seen in other power banks.

Q6: What devices can I use a USB-C power bank for?

Q8: If electricity is cut off while it's being used in pass through mode, how long does it take to switchover to the battery as a power source?

If it is running in charge-through mode and the power source is disconnected or turned off, the device will switch to battery power almost instantaneously.

Q9: My third party Apple Device cable won’t work with your product. Why?

Not all third party Apple accessories are MFI certified by Apple. If your third party Apple accessories is not MFI certified by Apple this could be why you are having trouble.
