Cancel & Refund

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product(s) to Zendure within 30 days from the date the order was received.

Please contact us at support@zendure.com and include your name, order number and the item(s) you want to cancel. Our staff will then reply within 1-2 business days. 

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, any returned item must be returned in its original packaging, and that we will not accept any returns if the product is damaged or missing in-the-box accessories. Customer assumes all shipping charges, or any other fees associated with the transportation of the product to our facility. Purchasing insurance on your return is encouraged as Zendure is not responsible for lost or damaged products. After we receive the returned item, please allow 7-10 business days to process your refund. Refunds will only be credited back to the original payment used for purchase. Please allow a complete billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchange

We are unable to issue a direct exchange for products. If you wish to return your product for a different one, we will gladly accept your return and provide a refund so you can purchase another product. If your order comes with a discount and the code had expired, please contact us at support@zendure.com and ask for a code before you place your order again.

Return policy for in-warranty replacements

If the product was received more than 30 days ago and has failed under normal usage, please see our Warranty Information for more information regarding our warranty and how to receive a replacement product under warranty coverage.

Orders Outside of This Website

Zendure may only provide refunds to orders placed directly on our website. If the item you wish to return was not purchased directly from our web store, you will need to contact the seller directly and inquire about their return policy.
