Shipping policy

NOTE: There may be shipping delays due to COVID-19.

Express shipping is currently unavailable but should resume soon. Orders placed before April 20, 2020 with Express Shipping may experience a 4-6 day delay in processing. We apologize for any inconvenience.

General Shipping Information

  1. Orders over $200 USD will be eligible for free standard shipping.
  2. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  3. Shipping Time excludes time for processing your order between 1 to 3 days before shipping.
  4. We will do our best to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required if there are issues resolving the delivery address or clearing customs.
  5. If your order hasn't arrived after more than 21 days, please contact us. We recommend contacting customer support within 180 days of the purchase date.
  6. We are currently working on improving our delivery process to ensure safety. There may be a 4-6 days delay in processing your order.

What countries do you ship to?

Because of strict regulations regarding the transportation of portable chargers, we can only ship Zendure products to mainland territories of the following countries and regions:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Japan, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States(US mainland states Only.

Please note that we can not send portable chargers to remote islands, and the above country list may be modified later strict shipping regulations of portable chargers removed.

How will my cargo be shipped?

International Express (DHL / EMS / FEDEX / USPS, etc.) and Amazon FBA as our logistics partners to ship Zendure products. They will make certain shipping decision based on their own judgment of what will better serve our customers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the types of products. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment details once the product is en route.

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
