FAQS
What kind of batteries does SuperBase Pro use?

SuperBase Pro 2000 uses NMC (LiNiMnCoO2) batteries with a total charge capacity of 2,096Wh, while SuperBase Pro 1500 uses LFP (LiFePO4) batteries and has a charge capacity of 1,456Wh.

What's the difference between SuperBase Pro 1500 and SuperBase Pro 2000?

SuperBase Pro 1500 has a different battery type and capacity from SuperBase Pro 2000. Because of this, the two products have different charging and discharging times.

Does SuperBase Pro have a built-in MPPT controller?

Yes, the SuperBase Pro 1500 and the SuperBase Pro 2000 both have a built-in MPPT controller.

What's the noise level?

Yes, SuperBase Pro can be charged by other solar panels with voltage ranging from 12V to 60V up to 600W via the XT60 port, and 60V-160V up to 1800W via the AC input. Zendure's 200W solar panel has been thoroughly tested with SuperBase Pro and remains our recommendation.

Should I charge my SuperBase Pro to 100% right away?

The BMS (Battery Management System) needs to familiarize itself with the internal cells, so you might find that your SuperBase Pro will not charge to 100% on the first charge cycle. If you discharge the battery below 60% and try to fully recharge the battery twice, this should complete the process and give you access to the battery's full capacity. After this, normal usage will not be affected.

Should have bluetooth to control with App. IoT-Subscription costs unreasonably much, no USBs

Like title says. I was surprised that I can't just connect to it via Bluetooth to control it with the app. Most people don't have wi-fi when they use this off-grid, so you're gonna have to operate it manually with the buttons.
- Maybe if you are sharing a mobile hotspot with one phone you may be able to connect to it with a different phone connecting to the same hotspot? Assuming it is compatible with phone hotspots. Should work with 2.4GHz (Compatibility mode in iOS), I hope?

IoT-subscription is way too expensive for the niche features you get in practice. I definitely won't ever pay that much. I'd probably pay for it if it was like Icloud, 1 dollar a month or something. Max 3 dollars a month in my opinion.

USB-Cs are great. But it's not really that great to have 0 USBs. Fine, the USB-C to USB adapter that came with it is greatly appreciated, my god it will be used a lot. Kind of unfortunate that there aren't more. May even end up using AC with a Schuko to USB adapter at some point too, because too many gadgets and things use the good old USB... Fortunately I have a Delta Pro and car as well, so I guess most of my 12v USB charging probably won't rely too often on the Zendure. =)

I'm looking for a power station which can support my outdoor camping activities. Also, because of the potential power outage, I need this power station can be backup power for the home router, laptop, etc.
My criteria are
1. Reasonable power capacity. more power brings more cost, so I decide to choose the product around 2000W;
2. Easy to carry. For outdoor activities, this power station needs to be moved around, this is quite an important feature I’m looking for.
3. Multiple ports for different types of devices at home or outside.
SBP2000 has a 2096W capacity with 6 AC outputs and 4 USB outputs which meet my requirement. And I like the wheels and handle design very much. At least my little son can move it easily. The first charging time is about 2 hours. And I tried to operate it without looking at the manual, the display panel and buttons easily told me how to operate it.
Because of the weather, I decided to try this power station at home. I want to have this power station to provide all the electricity for my hotpot meal for the whole family.
I used a 100W meat slicer to sliced lamb shoulder, then powered a 1600W hot pot for about 1.5 hours. After the meal, I found there was 17% power left still.
Conclusion: Based on my trial, this power station meets all of my requirements. I love this product.

I'm new to solar generators and I've bought several recently. I admit that after reading reviews the main reason I bought this was the wattage and portability. Right out of the box it had 0 charge. None of the power stations I've purchased are the same brand but two of them came with a charge on them and two didn't. This one didn't. After charging let it sit for almost 2 weeks and there was 99% of the charge left which was great. After reading about it more I realized I hadn't caught the UPS feature. That is awesome and it now has been set up with my freezer plugged into it with the intent of plugging the refrigerator in during a power outage.. It moves easily on the wheels. It's a little heavy for me to pick up but that's not really an issue.

When I first went looking for solar generators/power stations this one didn't come up on the list and I'm so glad I keept looking. I didn't see it had a cover until recently and I've purchased it to use for dust protection. Overall I'm very impressed with this unit.
