📌 General Terms:

This campaign is organized by Zendure DE GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Zendure”). By participating in this campaign, participants fully accept these Terms & Conditions. Any conflicting or additional terms proposed by participants shall not apply, even if not explicitly rejected.

1 Eligibility

1.1

Participation is open to any individual aged 18 or older who holds a registered user account on the Zendure App.

1.2

Employees of Zendure, their immediate family members, and any person involved in the organization or management of this campaign are not permitted to participate.

1.3

This campaign is strictly reserved for retail individual customers located in Germany, France, and the Netherlands.

2 Methods of Participation

2.1

To participate, users must purchase two units from the eligible series (specifically SolarFlow 4000 Mix Pro or SolarFlow 4000 Mix AC+). They must then upload a valid proof of purchase (invoice or official order screenshot) along with the corresponding serial numbers via the dedicated campaign page within the Zendure App.

2.2

Uploading the required documents in accordance with Section 2.1 constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2.3

All submitted documents must be authentic and valid. Zendure reserves the right to disqualify participants and take legal action in cases of forgery, falsification, or manipulation.

2.4

By uploading any content (such as installation photos), participants grant Zendure a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for purposes related to this campaign. For winners, this license additionally includes the right for Zendure and its affiliated companies to use the content for advertising and marketing purposes, whether edited or unedited, without limitation in time or territory, across both digital and print media.

3Rewards & Promotional Gifts

3.1

The first 1,000 eligible participants will each receive one Zendure Powerhub free of charge, while supplies last.

3.2

Each combination of two device serial numbers may only be used once for participation. Serial numbers already used in the system cannot be reused.

3.3

Return Policy:

If an order participating in this campaign is returned, the promotional gift (Powerhub) must also be returned. If the gift cannot be returned in complete and fully functional condition, Zendure reserves the right to charge the original retail value of the gift or deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.

3.4

Rewards are non-negotiable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.

3.5

Any taxes applicable to the reward under local law shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

3.6

If the original reward becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Zendure’s control, Zendure reserves the right to provide an alternative reward of equivalent value.
