1. Gift Availability and Delivery Delays
   All promotional gifts are available in limited quantities and are distributed on a "first-come, first-served" basis according to the time of payment. Due to high demand, the shipping time for gifts may be later than that of the main products. If a customer chooses to cancel or return a shipped main product order because a gift is temporarily out of stock, the customer shall bear the shipping costs in accordance with Zendure’s return policy. If the product has been used, a depreciation fee (loss of value) may apply.
2. Designated Promotional Pages and Eligibility
   This "+1 € Gift" campaign applies only to orders added to the cart and successfully checked out through the designated official campaign pages. If a customer adds products from non-designated pages or fails to participate successfully due to personal operational errors, Zendure shall not be liable for reissuing gifts or providing any compensation.
3. Return and Exchange Policy for Gifts
   Once promotional gifts are shipped, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a quality defect. If the main product is returned, the customer must return the corresponding promotional gift in its original, unopened condition.
4. Restrictions on Promotional Gift Rights
   All campaign gifts and related promotional rights are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used to offset amounts for other orders not involved in the campaign. As these items are free or promotional gifts, any form of refund will not be accepted.
5. Scope of Application
   This promotion and its terms apply only to end consumers who place orders on the official Zendure website. It does not apply to orders from wholesalers, resellers, or distributors.

Zendure assumes no responsibility for delayed or failed participation caused by force majeure, network transmission errors, server delays, system failures, or other technical issues beyond Zendure's control.
(6) Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zendure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages suffered by participants.
