Zendure Passport Travel Adapter Earns GOOD DESIGN® Award
East Palo Alto, California, December 10, 2017- Passport, the new travel adapter with an auto-resetting fuse from Zendure, is among this year's recipients for the 2017 Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design's annual GOOD DESIGN® Awards in recognition of its unique features and attractive design. Other winners in the electronics category include the iPhone 7 and the new MacBook.
Passport has drawn over $300,000 USD in crowdfunding since its launch, with many customers eager to experience Zendure's innovative approach to international travel adapters. Key features include an auto-resetting fuse, four USB outputs, single-handed "press and slide operation", and a smart shield for child safety.
"We are so grateful that Passport is being recognized for its unique features and beautiful design," said Zendure CEO Bryan Liu. "People who are traveling already have a lot on their minds, and we wanted to come up with a travel adapter that they wouldn't have to worry about."
Zendure commissioned San Francisco's Y Studios for the industrial design of Passport.

Entries for design and innovation, sustainability, creativity, branding, ecologically responsible design, human factors, materials, technology, graphic arts, packaging, and universal design are submitted annually by various industrial design and graphic design firms working for the Fortune 500 companies.
For 2017, over 900 new products and graphic designs were selected from over 48 countries for new electronics, transportation, medical equipment, protective equipment, energy systems, robotics and bionics, building products/materials, furniture, textiles, industrial, environments, hardware, bath and accessories, kitchen/appliances, floor and wallcovering, tabletop, household products, personal, office products, transportation, children’s products, sports and recreation, lighting, tools, and graphics, branding, and packaging from Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
