Apple's improvements on the new iPhone XS have been praised by many reviewers. There's no question that iPhone XS is a better generation than last year's iPhone X. iPhone XS has a larger display screen and better camera image quality, including smart HDR and portrait mode that supports out-of-focus imaging and depth-control, which allows iPhone XS to capture more detail in low-light environments. iPhone X also has better water resistance (IP68), A12 processor, sound quality and dual stand-by features. When it comes to batteries, Apple's battery life has been a concern for a long time, so what about the battery life and charging technology of iPhone XS this time?

Specific battery capacities of the new iPhones were revealed online, including 2716 mAh, 2658 mAh and 3174 mAh for iPhone X, iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max respectively. While XS's 7nm A12 chip is a huge improvement in energy efficiency, battery life is what matters, so iPhone XS and iPhone X have nearly the same battery capacity. Apple officially says the battery life of iPhone XS is up to 30 minutes longer than that of iPhone X, but in today's more complex experience scenarios, there’s not much difference between them.

How about the charging technology of iPhone XS? Last year, Apple unveiled three new phones—iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X. These featured wireless charging for the first time. Apple's three new iPhones this year continue to feature improved versions of wireless charging. In terms of wireless charging speed, iPhone XS is fully charged about 3 hours and 41 minutes, which is 20 minutes faster than iPhone X.

However, Apple’s official standard in the pack is a USB power adapter and there is no wireless charger. So if we want to experience the wireless charging function of iPhone XS, we need to buy a wireless charger by ourselves.

Buying Guide – Two Options

  1. Buy a wireless charger on Apple's official website, but please note that what Apple provides are third-party chargers. If you want to buy your own wireless charger that Apple officially provides, then you need to pay more because they are super expensive. Some people think it is not cost-effective to buy an expensive charger on their own after buying an expensive iPhone.
  2. Choose a wireless charger that is not Apple's official website, many of them are half price of what Apple.com sells. At present, many brands focusing on charging accessories have achieved certain achievements in wireless charging. Zendure is a long-time brand in charging accessories, and its Q3 Wireless Charger is compatible with the latest iPhones.

Q3 Wireless Charger: Making Charging Easy

Consider convenience, design and charging speed when purchasing a wireless charger. If you want your phone to be secure when charging, look no further than Q3. It has an anti-slip surface so your phone won’t slide off.

Besides, it is user-friendly. It has a soft led light, no harmful radiation and no beeping sounds to interrupt your dreams. And also it’s compatible with almost all phones that support wireless charging, so that your family and friends could share one together.

Above all, it is the most supercharged wireless charger. We are always worried a wireless charger’s charging speed, but Q3 will earn your respect because it delivers the maximum speed. Just enjoy 7.5W rapid charging for iPhones (quicker than iPhone XS’ 5W official fast charging speed), 10W fast charging for Samsung Galaxy series devices and 5W for other Qi enabled devices.

Customers who love it have left glowing reviews on Amazon.com:

@Ariana Guerrero: Small and light weight!
I connect the wireless charger to my portable charger and I’m always set on the trips I take. It’s especially nice taking it camping. Charging my phone with a cord wall charger is over!

@Joe Dugout: Buy this one.
Works great with my LG V30. Starts automatically when you place the phone on it; automatically shuts off when fully charged. Very flat with rubber coating so phone stays put. Highly recommend.

Choosing a wireless charger is all about convenience. Wireless charging has changed the way people charge their phones, making life easier. Will wireless chargers become the standard method of charging in the future?
