Q1. Can each of ZenPods be used independently?
A1. Yes. They can work independently, but please be noted that you can't use the ANC function when they are used independently.
Q2. How to turn on ENC?
A2. In fact, you don't need to turn on ENC by yourself. ENC will be activated automatically when you are having a phone call.
Q3. What's the different between ANC and ENC?
A3. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) will cancel ambient noise when you want to focus on what you want to listen to, which means it will provide a quiet environment relatively for you. Environment Noise Cancellation (ENC) will cancel ambient noise and enhance your voice when you are having a phone call. So the other side of phone call will hear your voice instead of ambient noise.
Q4. How to turn on ZenPods?
A4. It will be turned on automatically when you take out earbuds from charging case.

A7. ANC will be activated automatically when you put on ZenPods. You can switch different listening modes (like Transparency Mode or turn off ANC) by holding earbud for 3 second.
Q8. What codecs are supported?
A8. ZenPods support AAC and SBC.
Q9. How do ZenPods achieve low latency?
A9. ZenPods equip with BES2300-ZP as Bluetooth 5.0 solution. BES2300-ZP is embedded with the ARM Cortex-M4F processor, which provides best trade-off between system performance and power consumption. For large amount of data transfer, high performance Direct Memory Access (DMA) is implemented, which greatly enhances the data movement speed while reducing MCU processing load. Please note that the lowest latency of 80ms is tested from our lab, it may vary in different situations.
