Zendure’s SuperMini Power Bank Now With Apple Lightning Port
Power banks are handy little gizmos that can keep our smartphones and gadgets topped up throughout a long and busy day. Hopefully, they won’t be necessary once all our phones are powered using fuel cells, but until then they are necessary.
Zendure is a charging tech company based in Silicon Valley and it has announced a new edition of its SuperMini power bank line-up featuring an Apple Lightning charging port. The rechargeable battery inside the power bank can be topped up using the same cable that you use to charge your iPhone.
Like the other models in the Zendure SuperMini range, the new external battery features a USB-C port that can work as either an input or output. The addition of a Lightning port means the included USB-C to Lightning cable can be used to charge the SuperMini via the Lightning input. The same cable can be revered and used to charge an iPhone or iPad while on the go.
The pocket-friendly SuperMini with Lightning Input Portable Charger is roughly the same size as a regular credit card The adoption of an Apple MFi-certified Lightning port makes the SuperMini an ideal choice for people on the move who don’t want to take multiple charging cables with them.
The new power bank has a charge capacity of 10,000mAh, which is enough juice to charge Apple’s iPhone 12 up to 2.1 times and sufficient oomph to charge an iPhone up to 60% in just 30 minutes. The Lightning input can accept up to 12W of power and takes around five hours to fully recharge. Alternatively, the 20W USB-C port can be used to charge the SuperMini in as little as three hours.
SuperMini with Lightning Input is currently available in green and is available from Zendure’s website. It’s compatible with iPhone 8-12 series and most Android devices. SuperMini with Lightning Input is also compatible with low-power devices, including AirPods, AirPods Pro, Apple Watch, and more.
